Creating an Ironman account in Old School RuneScape is one of the most rewarding experiences the game offers. With no trading, no Grand Exchange, and no outside assistance, every achievement is earned. This guide maps your journey from 0 to endgame.

### Early Goals
- 43 Prayer (Protect from Melee)

### Maxing
- Use birdhouses + herb runs for passive XP
- Slayer is your main combat training
- Do herb runs every 80 minutes
- Complete achievement diaries
## Essential Ironman Tips
1. Early birdhouse runs save hundreds of hours of Hunter
2. Herb runs are your most important daily
3. Kingdom coffers should be funded ASAP for herbs and logs
4. 83 Hunter (Herbiboar) is a major milestone
5. 99 Crafting should be done via charter ships or glassblowing
6. Consistent bossing beats lucky drops every time
## What NOT to do
- Don't skip quests - they unlock essential items
- Don't grind 99 in one skill without breaks
- Don't hoard supplies - use them to progress
- Don't be afraid to ask other Ironmen for advice (not items!)
